B7.07 - Approve Acceptance of Project for the Referendum (Year One) Project at Lowry Elementary and Walker Middle Schools (Operations Division)

Description

The District's referendum advertisement provided for partial heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) at Lowry Elementary and Walker Middle Schools as well as stage equipment replacement at Walker Middle School. On February 5, 2019, District staff selected Engineering Professionals, Inc. and Foresight Construction Group to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee.

The design professional has certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.
