B7.16 - Approve Acceptance of Project for Referendum (Year One) Project at Schwarzkopf Elementary School (Operations Division)

Description

On February 5, 2019, District staff selected Consulting Engineering Associates, Inc. and Ajax Building Corporation to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee.  Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee.  The project scope consisted of partial heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) and stage equipment replacements at Schwarzkopf Elementary School.

The design professional has certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.
