B7.01 - Approve Amendment No. 6 to Parking Lease Agreement Between Tampa-Hillsborough Expressway Authority and the School Board of Hillsborough County for Parking Lots Adjacent to Raymond O. Shelton School Administrative Center (Operations Division)

Description

On May 6, 2008, the School Board of Hillsborough County approved a Lease with the Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority for parking lots adjacent to the Raymond O. Shelton School Administrative Center.  These lots are referred to as "ROSSAC City Lots 1, 2 and 3" that contain 188 surface parking spaces.

Amendment No. 6 to the Lease will renew the term for an additional three year period beginning May 8, 2020, until May 7, 2023.  The annual rental fee for this three year term is $74,054.74.  The Expressway Authority is the owner of the property, and as Lessor, will execute this Amendment upon School Board approval and execution.
