B6.23 - Award the Highest Ranking Responses Submitted by Multiple Vendors - Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) #20058-MST-IV Geographic Information Consultant Services (Financial Services Division)
On March 13, 2020, Procurement Services in Conjunction with Growth Management Department, issued an ITN for a Geographic Information Consultant. The consultant will provide geographic information system (GIS) data, services, and deliverables.
The initial term of this agreement shall be for one year, with four 1-year renewals. There is a 30-day termination for convenience clause included in this contract. All prices offered are firm against any and may be renewed by the Superintendent, per the terms of the specifications.
The Growth Management and Planning Department has a need for qualified and experienced contractors to provide professional consultation for GIS data, services, and deliverables. The contractor shall, on an as needed basis, provide support.
Previous contracts for a geographic information consultant have been annually approved by the Board and successfully implemented during previous years.
Upon approval, the District expects the proposers to provide the requested goods and services according to the terms and conditions listed in the agreement. The awarded vendors are:

Funds in the amount of $250,000 will be available in the Growth Management and Planning - Land Proceeds budget. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda items is 8251.
Contract administration and evaluation is performed by the Project Manager (the "End User") and the Procurement Officer, who function as a team, by utilizing an online vendor performance report or via in-person reviews. The evaluation consists of an assessment of the vendor-provided goods and services, deliverables, and compliance with contractual requirements. The resulting data will support renewal decisions and/or alterations to a new agreement.
