B7.09 - Approve Award of Contract for Roof Replacement at Plant City High School (Operations Division)
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provides for roof replacement at Plant City High School. The scope of work includes a partial roof and mechanical heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) unit replacement.
The project was advertised and bids received (see attached bid tabulation). Award of the contract for construction to the lowest qualified bidder, Service Works Commercial Roofing, Inc., is recommended.
