B7.16 - Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Referendum (Year 2) Project at Valrico Elementary School (Operations Division)

On February 5, 2019, District staff selected Engineering Matrix, Inc. and Skanska USA Building, LLC to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee.  Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee.  The project scope provides for heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) system upgrades at Valrico Elementary School

Approval of the GMP will establish the cost of the project.

Project Substantial Completion is scheduled for November 30, 2020.
