B7.12 - Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Security Vestibule at Raymond O. Shelton School Administrative Center (ROSSAC) (Operations Division)
As part of a recent security assessment, District staff selected Ranon & Partners, Inc. and Skanska USA Building, LLC from the approved continuing services consultants list, respectively, to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for renovations and security enhancements to the lobby area of the main entrance at the ROSSAC Building.
Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project.
Project Completion is scheduled for August 14, 2020.
The ROSSAC building is in need of lobby security upgrades to better control visitors arriving at the facility and to provide a more secure environment for the entering and exiting of employees.
