B7.25 - Approve Acceptance of Project for Referendum (Year One) Project at Alonso High and Dickenson Elementary Schools (Operations Division)
The District's referendum advertisement provided for partial heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) replacements at Alonso High and Dickenson Elementary Schools. On February 5, 2019, District staff selected Carruthers & Associates-Architects, P.A. and HCBeck, Ltd. dba The Beck Group to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee. Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee.
The design professional has now certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.

Provided partial air conditioning and exterior painting at Dickenson resulting in energy-efficient HVAC systems, thereby enhancing the student experience on campus to facilitate learning at Alonso High and Dickenson Elementary Schools.
