B11.01 - Approve Revised 2019/2020 School Board Meeting Date (Deputy Superintendent, Instructional)

As a requirement of the School Board Reorganization a School Board meeting calendar must be adopted. The meeting schedule is an essential tool in planning events involving School Board members and district activities. The Board may add or cancel meetings, change locations, and/or times of meetings. In the event changes are made to the approved calendar, the public will be properly noticed to conform with current law. Due to the scheduling of the alternative student graduation dates we will moving the July 14, 2020 School Board meeting to July 7, 2020.

For the 2019/2020 calendar year the following change will be made:

• July 7, 2020 - Add School Board meeting
• July 14, 2020 - Remove School Board meeting
