B6.03 - Approve the Proposed Calendar for the Adoption of the Fiscal Year 2020/2021 Budget (Financial Services Division)

The district's annual budget is required to be prepared in accordance with the Truth in Millage (TRIM) requirements outlined under Section 200, Florida Statutes. The proposed calendar ensures that the district is in compliance with Florida Statutes and TRIM.

Per Florida Statutes the TRIM timeline begins July 1. The adoption of the proposed calendar guarantees that the district meets the TRIM timetable as outlined in Section 200, Florida Statutes.

The 2019/2020 proposed calendar was approved on June 25, 2019.
