B7.09 - Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Referendum (Year 2) Project at Eisenhower Middle School (Operations Division)

On February 5, 2020, District staff selected Fleischman Garcia Architects and Planners, AIA, PA and EWI Construction, LLC to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee.  Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee.  The project scope provides for partial heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) replacement, interior/exterior painting, ceilings and fixtures in Building 8 at Eisenhower Middle School.

Approval of the GMP will establish the cost for the project.

Project Substantial Completion is scheduled for July 31, 2020.

Approve the GMP as presented by EWI Construction, LLC.
