B7.10 - Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Referendum (Year 2) Project Franklin Middle School (Operations Division)

On February 5, 2020, District staff selected Renker Eich Parks Architects, Inc. and Charles Perry Partners, Inc. to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee.  Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee.  The project scope provides for partial heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), public address system, carpet and VCT flooring replacements and interior/exterior painting at Franklin Middle School.

Approval of the GMP will establish the partial cost for the project.

Project Substantial Completion is scheduled for August 24, 2020.
