B7.12 - Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Referendum (Year Two) Project at Plant High School (Operations Division)
The District's referendum advertisement provided for various heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) upgrades and replacements. District staff selected Minimise USA Capital, LLC, in accordance with the terms of the existing No Capital Outlay Plan Agreement (NCOPA), to provide the necessary design and construction management services for selected projects. The scope of work provides for complete HVAC replacement in multiple buildings at Plant High School.
Approval of the GMP will establish the cost for the entire project.
Project Substantial Completion is scheduled for August 6, 2021.
