For more than 28 years, Hillsborough County Public Schools has had active educational agreements with the building trade’s apprenticeship committees for adult job training programs. These Educational Services with Building Trade Apprenticeship/Pre-apprenticeship Committees includes Classroom-Related Theory Instruction (RTI). Apprentices are compensated for their On the Job Training (OJT).

Expected Outcomes

During the 2020/2021 school year, the Educational Services with Building Trade Apprenticeship/Pre-apprenticeship Committees will increase the instructional hours RTI and OJT by 2 percent more than the number of instructional hours RTI and OJT earned during 2019/2020.
