B7.14 - Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Referendum (Year 2) Project at Robinson Elementary School (Operations Division)

On February 5, 2019, District staff selected VoltAir, Inc. and HCBeck Ltd. dba The Beck Group to provide design and construction management services, respectively, through a selection committee.  Award was made based upon the score granted by the selection committee.  The project scope provides for partial heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC),  roof and partial window replacements and electrical upgrades to support the HVAC upgrades at Robinson Elementary School.  The magnitude of this project will require that the work be broken into two phases performed over two summers.

Approval of the GMP will establish the cost for the project.

Project Substantial Completion for Phase 1 is scheduled for July 31, 2020.
