B7.27 - Approve Acceptance of Project for the Painting/Waterproofing at Four Sites (Buchanan, Ferrell, Foster, Just) (Operations Division)

The District's referendum advertisement provided for painting/waterproofing at multiple sites.  District staff selected R.W. Tymewell, Inc from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide construction management services.  The project scope consisted of interior and exterior painting and waterproofing at Buchanan Middle, interior painting at Ferrell Middle, interior and exterior painting and waterproofing at Foster Elementary and interior painting at Just Elementary Schools.

The work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommend Board Acceptance.
