B7.22 - Approve Acceptance of Project for Roof Replacement at Mintz Elementary School (Operations Division)
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for roof replacement at Mintz Elementary School. District Staff selected Roof Engineering Associates, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On May 7, 2019, Board appointed Southern Roofing Company, Inc. to provide construction management services. The scope of work included removal and replacement of several roof areas.
The design professional has now certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.
