B7.26 - Approve Acceptance of Project for Track Resurfacing at Three Sites (Armwood, Jefferson, King) (Operations Division)

District staff selected Key Engineering, Inc. and HCBeck, LTD dba The Beck Group from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services, respectively.  The project scope consisted of track drainage, asphalt milling and asphalt overlay at Armwood, Jefferson and King High Schools.

The design professional has now certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.
