B7.15 - Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Gymnasium Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Upgrades at Tampa Bay Technical High School (Operations Division)

District staff selected Engineering Matrix, Inc. and Miller Construction Management, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services, respectively.  The scope of work provides for the removal and replacement of the HVAC system in the gymnasium at Tampa Bay Technical High School.

Approval of the GMP will establish the cost for the project.

Project Substantial Completion is scheduled for August 10, 2020.
