B7.13 - Approve Acceptance of Project for Emergency Generator at Sickles High School (Operations Division)

Per the request of Hillsborough County, the District is providing emergency generator capabilities for various schools in Hillsborough County.  District staff selected Anston-Greenlees, Inc. and Willliams Company Tampa from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide contract administration and construction management services, respectively.  The project scope consisted of a new emergency generator, auto transfer switches, outlets and lightning recircuiting and associated electrical work at Sickles High School.

The design professional has certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.
