B7.03 - Approve Award of Contract for Roof Replacement at Lanier Elementary School (Operations Division)
The District's referendum advertisement provides for several roof replacements within the District. District Staff selected PBA Design Group, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work includes a partial roof replacement at Lanier Elementary School.
The project was advertised and bids received (see attached bid tabulation and recommendation). Award of contract for construction to the lowest qualified bidder, Southern Roofing Company, Inc., is recommended.
