B7.20 - Approve Report of Minor Projects for 2019/2020 Fiscal Year (Operations Division)
School Board Policy Section 6331, Construction Contracting, delegates authority to the Superintendent for award of contracts for minor projects (costing between $10,000 and $300,000) including new construction, renovation, repair and remodeling projects. The policy requires an annual report to the Board of contracts awarded. The report (Attachment A) identifies contracts awarded or completed during the 2019/2020 school year that fall into this category.
This report includes both completed projects and those awarded but not yet complete. A summary of change orders associated with these projects is included in Attachment B.
