B7.07 - Approve the Conveyance of 0.15 +/- Acres (6,658 S.F.) from The School Board of Hillsborough County to Hillsborough County for the Construction of a Westbound Right Turn Lane on Riverview Drive at US Highway 301 (Operations Division).

Hillsborough County has requested a conveyance of 0.15 +/- Acre (6,658 S.F.) from the School Board at Riverview Elementary for additional right-of-way along Riverview Drive to construct a westbound right turn lane.

Approval of this conveyance will provide Riverview Drive with additional queuing length for a westbound right turn lane which will improve the flow of traffic near Riverview Elementary. 

Existing roadway conditions along this section of Riverview Drive does not create adequate length for cars to stack in the right turn lane, creating traffic congestion near Riverview Elementary.

Additional improvements along Riverview Drive to provide a safer roadway in proximity to Riverview Elementary.

* Establish a strong foundation of financial stewardship

* Construct and maintain facilities that create an environment conducive to teaching and learning

Approval for a conveyance of 0.15 +/- Acres (6,658 S.F.) between The School Board of Hillsborough County and the Hillsborough County to provide additional right-of-way along Riverview Drive.
