B6.08 - Revised Payroll Schedule 2020/2021 (Finance Division)

Description

The adopted payroll schedules serve as the instrument for reporting of employees for payroll purposes. 

Due to the change in employee work calendars, the number of paydays in some pay periods changed identified on pages:

  • 2a - A Payroll Instructional less than 12-month revision listing (page 4 of 66)
  • 3a - A Payroll Instructional less than 12-month job share positions revision listing (page 6 of 66)
  • 8a - V Payroll Instructional less than 12-month support revision listing (page 12 of 66)

However, this change did not result in any change in the total number of contracted days. 

Gap Analysis

Approval of our Payroll Schedules is necessary per the following policies:

6510 Payroll Authorization of the Hillsborough County Public Schools Policy Manual

6480 Expenditures C. Payroll Procedures

Previous Outcomes

All proposed 2020/2021 payroll schedules were developed based on the 2020/2021 employee work calendar which was adopted June 23, 2020.

Expected Outcomes

Proposed schedules once approved will be posted on the school district website for our employees.
