EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On April 21, 2015, the Board approved a Master Services Agreement with iBi Solutions. This Statement of Work (SOW) is for additional support for the School Climate Transformation grant. iBi Solutions' consultants continue to work closely with Information Technology staff to support and enhance this system. Activities include analytics and data warehouse software design, development, and testing. The services for this SOW will continue through September 30, 2017. | |

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes) | |
Funds in the amount of $66,027 will be available in the School Climate Transformation grant funds. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 3111. As of May 25, 2017, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $66,027. iBi Solutions provides services on a time and materials basis with no additional travel or per diem expenses. | |
EVALUATION | |
District staff monitors and reviews iBi Solutions' performance through status reports, discussions during meetings, and project plan reviews. | |
