Approve the Statement of Work (SOW) with Convergence Consulting Group (CCG) for Analytics and Data Warehouse Development and Support for the Teacher Evaluation Data Management System (TEV) (Business Services Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This SOW is governed by the terms of the Master Services Agreement between the district and Convergence Consulting Group (CCG) approved by the Board on April 5, 2011. It is a continuation of support for the Teacher Evaluation Data Management System (TEV) and all related analytics that support the annual teacher evaluation processes, which the Board approved on March 1, 2016, for funds through September 30, 2016.

Convergence Consulting Group (CCG) consultants continue to work closely with Information Technology to support and enhance the system. Activities include analytics and data warehouse software design, development, and testing. The services for this SOW will continue through September 30, 2017.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
Funds in the amount of $688,471.00 will be available in the Teacher Incentive Fund (TIF) Grant. For tracking purposes, the project numbers specific to this agenda item are 3005 and 3205. Funds in project 3205 will be available pending grant approval and are estimated at $15,140,844.00. CCG provides services on a time and materials basis with no additional travel or per diem expenses.
EVALUATION
District staff monitors and reviews CCG's performance through status reports, discussions during meetings, and project plan reviews.
