Approve Acceptance of Project for Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System Replacement at Riverhills Elementary School | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system at Riverhills Elementary School had exceeded its useful life, and replacement was required to ensure the availability of satisfactory classrooms. On October 8, 2016, the Board appointed OSSI Consulting Engineers, Inc. to provide design services. District staff selected Walbridge Aldinger from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide construction management services. The design professional has certified that the work is now fully complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance. |

Funds in the amount of $2,793,457.17 will be available in the PECO Maintenance fund. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 8200. As of Thursday, April 5, 2018, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $63,337.97.
