SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve Proposed Attendance Boundary Adjustments for Westchase and Deer Park Elementary Schools
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The proposed attendance boundary change would move two single family lots and a undeveloped single family subdivision (Reserve at Citrus Park) from Deer Park to Westchase Elementary School. This change is proposed due to their single access onto Lake Sunset Drive which is consistent with other properties located in the Westchase Elementary attendance boundary. The properties are located south of Fox Sparrow Road, west of Sheldon Road, and north of Lake Sunset Drive. The Reserve at Citrus Park, situated on 19.15 acres, is currently under construction with 77 single family homes. The two single family lots are existing homes located on approximately 1.75 acres. No impacted students were identified. |
