Approve Postsecondary Fees - 2018/2019  (Workforce Connections)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
We request approval of postsecondary fees established for adult students.  Approved fees are collected from adult students for Postsecondary Adult Vocational programs. These fees cover general flow-through expenses, service charges, consumable supplies, personal property, and other cost-recovery items. Maximum amounts are submitted for approval; actual fees may be less. The fees are adjusted annually to provide for changes in cost of purchased materials required for adult programs. Careful attention has been given to maintaining a reasonable fee schedule ensuring that all expenses are met. The goal is to provide the highest quality educational opportunities at the lowest possible cost for our students.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
Fees collected are receipted in individual school internal accounts to cover costs incurred by the school.  Currently for the 2017/2018 school year, fees in the amount of $309,903.08 have been collected.
EVALUATION
Fees for each program are reviewed and updated annually.
