Approve 2019 School Board Meeting Schedules (Deputy Superintendent)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As a requirement of the School Board Reorganization, a School Board meeting calendar must be adopted.  The meeting schedule is an essential tool in planning events involving School Board members and district activities.  The Board may add or cancel meetings, change locations, and/or times of meetings.  In the event changes are made to the approved calendar, the public will be properly noticed to conform to current law. For the 2019 calendar year, we are identifying dates and times for School Board meetings (Attachment I), Workshops (Attachment II), and Termination and/or Appeal Hearings (Attachment III).  Workshops and termination schedules will act as placeholders to better accommodate scheduling.
