| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On February 2, 2016, the School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida, a body corporate, approved a Purchase and Sale Agreement and Interlocal Agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of Tampa to exchange land surrounding Stewart Middle and Just Elementary Schools for Housing Authority land adjacent to the schools campus on Spruce Street for the proposed West River Development Project. Additional time is required to complete the due diligence testing and to finalize boundary surveys on both School Board and Housing Authority properties. The attached Amendment grants the Housing Authority additional time to March 17, 2017, for these requirements. No other terms or conditions have been changed and/or modified. |
