| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Twin Lakes of Brandon Homeowners’ Association, Inc. has requested assistance from The School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida, to allow access onto school board property at Nelson Elementary located at 5413 Durant Road, Dover, Florida, to relieve flooding issues within the Twin Lakes Subdivision. Construction and maintenance access will be limited through school administration. This drainage improvement will be reviewed and permitted by the School Board's Florida Building Code Manager. |
