C7.24 - Approve Acceptance of Project for the Athletic Track at Sligh Middle School (Operations Division)

Sligh Middle School was one of the few middle schools in the district without a running track and sports field.  Operations has corrected this deficiency by providing for the design and construction of a running track and related site work requirements.  District staff selected Key Engineering Associates, Inc. and Skanska USA Building, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services, respectively.

The design professional has certified that the work is now fully complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.
