B7.21 - Approve Acceptance of Project for Roof Replacement at Lithia Springs Elementary School (Operations Division)

A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for replacement of the roof at Lithia Springs Elementary School.  District Staff selected Roof Engineering Associates, Inc. from the from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On June 5, 2019, Board appointed Service Works Commercial Roofing, Inc. to provide construction management services.  The scope of work included removal and replacement of the roof.

The design professional has now certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.
