B7.20 - Approve Acceptance of Project for Security Vestibule at Chamberlain High School (Operations Division)

As part of a recent security assessment, District staff selected Design Styles Architecture, Inc. and J.O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc. from the approved continuing services consultants list to provide design and construction management services, respectively. The scope of work provided for construction of a secured vestibule at Chamberlain High School.

The design professional has now certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.

Provided a secure entrance vestibule to improve safety thereby enhancing the student experience on campus to facilitate learning at Chamberlain High School.
