B7.06 - Approve the Agricultural Lease Agreement Between The School Board of Hillsborough County and Donald Buckholt for Certain Agricultural Purposes for School District's Property Located North of Bishop Road and East of US 301 (Property Folio # 079537.0000)  (Operations Division).

The agreement details that Mr. Buckholt will maintain the future school site located on Bishop Road. This will permit certain agricultural uses (as specified below) on site until such time the School Board terminates the lease to develop the site for a new school(s).  The uses are limited to collection/storage of a maximum of 300 bales of hay, the housing of livestock for a maximum of 25 cows, 4 horses, and 1 mule, and a maximum of 100 bee boxes (1 beehive per box). 

The Bishop Road site requires routine maintenance and repairs, and the tenant in this agreement has agreed to provide for such maintenance.  

This agreement will allow the School Board to maintain the Bishop Road site at no additional cost to the District.
