| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| The Office of Strategy Management is committed to using strategy best practices to drive organizational performance and reach our vision of preparing all students for life.
Through the Strategic Plan, we track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure progress toward our Strategic Priorities (e.g., Graduation Rates, Communicating with Stakeholders, Building Strong Culture and Relationships, Foundation of Financial Stewardship). This information item provides a summary of available data from Semester 1 and Quarter 2 for 2016/2017 focusing primarily on KPIs for student learning, processes and financials, culture and relationships, and talent management. |
