SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve the Statement of Work with iBi Solutions for Analytics and Data Warehouse Development and Support for the Teacher Evaluation Data Management System (Business Services Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On April 21, 2015, the Board approved the Master Services Agreement between the district and iBi Solutions for analytics and data warehouse development and support.  iBi Solutions is continuing the services initially provided as a subcontractor under the original IBM Cognos contract. This Statement of Work (SOW) is a continuation of the development of the Teacher Evaluation Data Management System (TEV) and all related analytics that support the annual teacher evaluation processes that the Board approved on March 01, 2016. Part of the Teacher Incentive Fund (TIF) grant is specifically allocated for these services.  iBi Solutions will continue to work closely with Information Technology Department staff to support and enhance the TEV system.  Activities include analytics and data warehouse software design, development, and testing.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
Funds in the amount of $653,663.00 are included in the Teacher Incentive Fund (TIF) grant for this expense. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 3205. iBi Solutions provides services on a time and materials basis with no additional travel or per diem expenses.
EVALUATION
District staff monitors and reviews iBi Solutions performance through status reports, discussions during meetings, and project plan reviews.
