Approve Disposal of Obsolete Stores Inventory (Business Services Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
In accordance with School Board Policy 7310, the Board will approve the disposition of material and equipment that has been determined to be obsolete or is no longer usable. The advent of online testing has made several of the bubble answer sheet forms obsolete and are no longer utilized. After reviewing stock usage, Logistics Operations (Central Warehouse) and the form sponsor have identified the attached list of forms to be obsolete and no longer serve a district purpose. | |

There is no additional cost to the district, however, the stores inventories in the General Ledger will be decreased by $12,003.44. | |
