EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On March 13, 2001, the Board appointed the team of Holmes Hepner & Associates Architects and H. C. Beck to construct a new high school to serve the South Brandon, South Riverview, Fish Hawk, and Durant areas. This new facility is a reuse of the Alonso High School design.
This change order provides credits for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds.
