APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - $38,021.34 CREDIT

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On March 12, 2002, the Board appointed the architectural firm of Cooper Johnson Smith Architects with Vogel Brothers Building Company providing construction management services. This added scope will be accomplished under the terms of the existing renovation agreements. The scope of work provides for construction of 10 additional classrooms.

This change order provides credits for the Direct Purchase and Owner Controlled Insurance Programs.
