EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Hillsborough County has requested the School District convey 0.97 acres more or less for the construction of right of way #102 for their Gunn Highway widening improvement project; and 2.43 acres more or less for the construction and maintenance of detention pond #102, also associated with the widening of Gunn Highway.
