Approval of Negotiated Salary Agreement with the Hillsborough Classroom Teachers Association -- Teacher Unit and Educational Support Personnel Unit.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A salary settlement agreement has been reached with the Hillsborough Classroom Teachers Association -- Teacher Unit (Attachment A) and Educational Support Personnel (Attachment B), retroactive to July 1, 2005.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Goals 2, 3, 4, and 5 - Critical Success Factors 2.b, 3.b, 4.c, and 5.a -- Recruit and retain highly qualified teachers.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Provide the following salary adjustment:
- Teachers Salary Increase: $30,970,967
- ESP Salary Increase: $2,512,000
- Fingerprinting: $35,105
