Approval of Recommended Salary Adjustment for Non-Represented Classified Employees and Professional Technical Employees.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A salary proposal is recommended for Non-Represented Classified Employees and Professional Technical Employees, retroactive to July 1, 2005 (Attachment A).
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Goals 2, 3, 4, and 5 - Critical Success Factors 2.b, 3.b, 4.c, and 5.a -- Recruit and retain highly qualified teachers.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Provide the following salary adjustment:
- Salary Increase: $950,000
- Fingerprinting: $21,500
- Elementary Secretary Bookkeeping Supplement: $65,000
- Regrade Speech Language Assistants from Pay Grade 29 to Pay Grade 31 -- Cost is $150,000 paid from Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (I.D.E.A.).
