Approve Proposal from ICI Custom Parts, Inc. to Purchase Dish Machines (Business Division)

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Student Nutrition Services (SNS) Department has approximately 40 old and unused dish machines in school kitchens that take up valuable work space. We have received an offer by ICI Custom Parts, Inc. to purchase these machines for $300.00 each. The company will remove the machines, per our specifications. In 1999, this company purchased a portion of our dish machines. This sale will result in the removal of the majority of SNS dish machines.
