EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project is being planned by the architectural firm of Holmes Hepner & Associates Architects. On March 7, 2000, the Board appointed the construction management firm of A.D. Morgan Corporation. The scope of work provides for the remodeling of Building 2 to include complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior finishes. This building will accommodate the Family and Consumer Sciences/General Education, Culinary Arts Laboratory and Sales Merchandising classrooms. This added scope will be accomplished under the terms of the existing agreements.
Approval of the guaranteed price will provide a maximum cost for the facility. Project completion is scheduled for September 15, 2005.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $1,722,912. The construction budget is $1,722,912. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Capital Outlay and Debt Service.
