EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Cahoon Elementary School recently completed a renovation and remodeling project which was accepted in October 2004. Additional funding has been identified to provide needed improvements not included in the original scope of work. Existing agreements with Carruthers & Associates Architects P.A. and R. J. Bunbury Company, Inc. are being amended to perform this work. The scope of work includes administration renovations, replacement of HVAC and lighting in Buildings 11, 12, and 13, site and drainage improvements, and other minor renovations.

This change order provides for additions to project scope for previously deleted work. It also provides for exterior painting of the Media Center, and for range installation modifications in the Head Start Classroom. A time extension is included for completion of the work.
