EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the architectural firm of Carruthers & Associates Architects with Allstate Construction providing construction management services under their continuing services agreement. The scope of work includes the addition of a media center and expansion of the existing cafeteria.
This change order provides for the addition of a playcourt and parking area.
