Staff has been working with Commissioner Jim Norman and his staff to examine the possibilty of a land exchange that would better facilitate a school site for the District and enhance the County's Northwest Recreational Corridor Plan. It has been determined that the Fawn Ridge school site located on the north side of Exposition Drive, west of Eudora Place and the County land located on Citrus Park Drive West, east of Countryway Boulevard are the desired sites for this exchange.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.

Appraisal fees in an amount not to exceed $15,000 will be derived from 2 Mill Capital Outlay budget for site acquisition.
