ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECT

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Smith & Company Architects. Horus Construction Services provided construction management services under their continuing services agreement. The scope of work provided for roof replacement.

This change order provides for the final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
